Service 01 Campaign & CRM Setup

$995 + GST one-time · due before work begins

GoHighLevel CRM Sub-Account A fully configured GHL sub-account within the Banana Digital platform — your central hub for leads, conversations, automations, and reporting. All workflows are pre-built and tailored to your business.
Meta Ads Campaign Build Full setup of your Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — including campaign structure, ad sets, audience targeting, and creative (video and image ad formats). We test multiple creatives from launch to identify what resonates fastest.
Landing Page for Your Offer A dedicated landing page built to convert your ad traffic — featuring your offer, your service USP, social proof, and a clear call to action. Connected directly to your CRM for seamless lead capture.
Lead Nurturing Automation A multi-step follow-up sequence (SMS + email) that activates the moment a lead enters your system. No lead goes cold — the system follows up on your behalf for weeks, warming prospects until they're ready to book.
Speed-to-Lead Automation When a lead calls your number and you miss it, the system instantly sends an automated SMS so they know you're engaged and will call them back. First contact within seconds — not hours.

Setup timeline

Setup takes approximately 2 weeks from the date your setup fee is received and all required business information has been provided. Your first monthly management fee is due once setup is complete, before the campaign goes live.

Service 02 Monthly Campaign Management

$800 + GST per month · 3-month term

Included every month

Meta Ads Optimisation Ongoing monitoring, testing, and optimisation of your campaigns — adjusting audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets to improve cost per lead and conversion rate over time.
Ad Creative Refresh New ad creatives produced as needed to prevent fatigue and test new angles — including AI-assisted video and image variants where applicable.
CRM & Automation Management Keeping your lead nurturing sequences, automations, and CRM workflows running smoothly — adjusting where needed based on performance data.
Monthly Performance Report A clear end-of-month report covering leads generated, cost per lead, conversions, ad spend efficiency, and key observations — plus what we're doing next month and why.

After the 3-month term

At the end of the 3-month Fast Start period, you will be invited to continue on one of our standard plans, starting from $950 + GST / month. You are under no obligation to continue — however, we will provide a full recommendation based on your results at that point.

Exclusions What's Not Included in This Contract

Meta Ad Spend — your cost, paid directly to Meta

Your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is not included in our management fee. It is entirely separate from what you pay Banana Digital.

We recommend a minimum of $3,000 AUD per month to give the campaign a strong foundation. As discussed, if you'd like to hit the ground running and be more aggressive in the early stages, we recommend starting at $4,000 AUD per month — once the campaign is fully optimised and we have clear data on what's working, we can gradually bring the budget down while maintaining results.

CRM Usage Costs — pass-through, zero markup

Your CRM sub-account has usage costs for SMS messages, emails, and calls made through the system. These are charged in USD $10 blocks billed directly to your card on file within the platform. Based on typical salon usage, this is approximately $100–$200 AUD per month. Banana Digital charges no markup on this — it is a direct pass-through cost from the platform provider.

Website Design & Build A new website is not included in this contract. If you would like a new website, a separate contract is available — see the Website Contract.
Video Production Banana Digital will assist with AI-generated video assets and editing where possible, but raw video footage must be supplied by the client. We are not responsible for in-person video shoots or filming at client locations.
Organic Social Media Management We manage your paid advertising only. Day-to-day posting, Stories, and organic content scheduling on Instagram and Facebook are not included in this contract.
Google Ads This contract covers Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising only. Google Ads is not included.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) SEO services are not included in this contract. Available as a separate service — ask us for details.
Google Business Profile Optimisation Management and posting on your Google Business Profile is not included. Available as a separate service — ask us for details.
Database Reactivation Campaign A one-off campaign to re-engage your existing client list is not included in this contract. Available as a separate service — ask us for details.

Any service, deliverable, or support not explicitly listed in this contract is excluded. Services outside the scope of this agreement are subject to a separate quote and written approval.

Payment Investment & Payment Schedule

Payment Schedule
Setup Fee — Due Today Payable upfront. Work begins once this payment is received and your business onboarding information has been provided.	$995 + GST
Month 1 Management — Due at Campaign Launch Due approximately 2 weeks after setup begins, before your campaign goes live. Covers Month 1 of active management.	$800 + GST
Month 2 Management Due 30 days after Month 1 payment.	$800 + GST
Month 3 Management Due 30 days after Month 2 payment. Final payment under this Fast Start contract.	$800 + GST

Commitment Minimum Engagement & Cancellation Policy

3-Month Minimum Commitment — Non-Cancellable

By accepting this contract, you are committing to the full initial engagement period: the setup phase plus three (3) months of ongoing campaign management. This engagement cannot be cancelled once setup has commenced. This ensures the work invested in your account setup, automation build, and campaign launch delivers a meaningful result.

Initial Engagement Period The initial engagement covers the setup fee plus three monthly management payments, totalling approximately 3.5 months from the date setup begins.
No Cancellation During Initial Term Cancellation requests received before the completion of the three-month management period will not be accepted. All payments scheduled under this contract remain due.
Continuing After the Initial Term Upon completion of the initial three months, continuation of services is available under Banana Digital's standard plans and pricing. Ongoing terms, pricing, and notice periods will be outlined in a separate agreement at that time.
